Changes in the GPC rules since 1^st January 2014.

Here is the logo for the GPC World Cup V4 - Visegrad 2023 in Trutnov (Czech Republic)

1. The Biceps lift discipline was also included in the competition. Please note that this is not an official GPC discipline and no GPC records can be created in it. The discipline will be included on Sunday and it is about diversifying and supplementing the competition.
2. Weighing is always possible the day before in the afternoon and also on the day of the competition in the morning.
3. Daily commencement times & schedule will be posted after the weighing deadline.
